Rolling dough to the right size should not take a ruler and a guess. Our mats carry circles and inch and centimeter rulers, and most sizes add conversion charts, so a 12 in pie crust is the 12 in ring and a tray of cookies is a count of squares.

We make six sizes, from a 17.75 in round to a 36 x 24 in work surface, because a kitchen with one pie dish and a kitchen with a sheet pan of cinnamon rolls do not need the same mat. Each size has its own border color so you can tell them apart in the drawer.
