Questions about a mat, a size or an order? Write to us.
What we can help with
- Choosing a size. Tell us the pan or the dough you roll and we name the smallest mat that fits. The size guide does the same in a few clicks.
- Using and caring for a mat. Heat limits, washing, storing and what the printed circles, rulers and charts mean are on the FAQ.
- An order. Every mat is sold on Amazon.com, so orders, delivery, returns and refunds start in Your Orders on Amazon. Here is how that works. If something arrives damaged or wrong, send us your order number and a photo and we will help.
- Recipes and ideas. Each recipe on the recipes page names the mat it was written for.
