What are the mats made of?
BPA-free silicone with a non-stick surface. Standard, Large, X-Large and Extra Large are made of German food-grade silicone, the XX-Large of food-grade silicone, and the Round of BPA-free silicone.
What do the markings show?
Concentric circles and rulers in inches and centimeters, so you can roll dough to an exact size. Every size except the Round also has conversion charts; the Round adds a square grid and slice markers.
How hot can I go?
Up to 450 F (230 C) in the oven. The round mat is rated from -40 F, so it also goes in the freezer.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes, the mats are dishwasher safe (on the Round, use the top rack), or rinse and wash by hand with warm soapy water. Air dry, then roll it up or store it flat.
Does it slip on the counter?
The silicone grips the counter, so the mat stays put while you roll.
Can I cut on the mat?
Please do not cut on the mat, and avoid sharp metal tools.
Which size should I get?
Use the size guide: pick your pan or the thing you bake most, and it names the smallest mat that fits plus two roomier choices.
Where can I buy a BakeitFun mat?

Can I use it as a baking sheet liner?
Our mats are made for rolling, kneading and prep. They are heat safe to 450 F, but for lining trays we suggest a mat made for that.
