This site, bakeitfun.com, is run by Himmelsbach LLC, a Florida company, for the BakeitFun brand. It is a catalog: you can read about the mats and follow links to buy them on Amazon.com. We do not sell anything on this site, so we do not take orders, payments or addresses.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name or email address on this site, except to join the VIP club (see below), and we do not set cookies or use advertising or tracking scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs and basic traffic counts (such as the pages requested and the country of the request) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you join the VIP club

The VIP club is our email list. If you join at bakeitfun.com/vipclub, we store your email address, the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address that we use only to stop automated abuse. We use your address to send you the welcome offer, new mat launches, promotions and baking ideas, and for nothing else. We never sell or rent it.

Joining is double opt-in: we email you a link first and add you only when you click it. Addresses that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. Every email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe we keep only your address marked as unsubscribed, so that you are not added again by mistake; write to contact@bakeitfun.com and we delete that too.

The list is stored with Cloudflare, which also hosts this site, and the emails are sent through Resend. They process the data for us and do not use it for their own purposes.

If you write to us

When you email contact@bakeitfun.com, we use your message and address only to answer you and keep the conversation for our records. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Amazon and other sites

The Buy on Amazon buttons and the social links leave this site. Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X and YouTube have their own privacy policies, and what you do there is covered by them. Your Amazon order is a contract between you and Amazon.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the emails we hold from you by writing to contact@bakeitfun.com. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with its date.
